Who we are

Bloom Bright Specialized Professional Institute (“Bloom Bright Institute”, “we”, “us”) is an Early Years education institute based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, delivering British Early Years qualifications (NCFE CACHE) and consultancy for Early Years settings. This policy explains what happens to the personal data you send us through https://bbinstitution.com.

What we collect

We collect only the information you type into the application form yourself:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone or WhatsApp number;
• your country or city (optional);
• the programme or service you are interested in;
• your message (optional);
• your consent, and the page of the site the form was sent from.

We do not ask for identity documents, payment details or any special-category data through this website.

Why we use it

We use these details for one purpose only: to contact you about your enquiry — to answer your questions, advise you on the right NCFE CACHE level or programme, arrange a consultation call, and, if you decide to go ahead, guide you through enrolment. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the consent box and send the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to info@bbinstitution.com; withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.

Cookies and analytics

At present this website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and embeds no third-party trackers. That is why you see no cookie banner. Your browser may still store standard technical data (for example a session cookie required by the web server), and our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs containing IP addresses for security and troubleshooting. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Who can see your data

Your enquiry is read by the Bloom Bright admissions and advisory team. It is also stored by the technical services we rely on to run the site: our web hosting provider and our email provider. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with advertisers or other third parties, and we pass it to authorities only if the law obliges us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as it is needed to answer you and, if you enrol, for the period required by our obligations towards NCFE and applicable law. If you do not enrol, we delete or anonymise your enquiry within 24 months, or earlier if you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• confirm what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
• correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your data, where we have no legal obligation to keep it;
• restrict or object to the way we use it;
• withdraw the consent you gave when you sent the form.

Write to info@bbinstitution.com from the email address you used in the form and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This website is aimed at adults considering a professional qualification. NCFE CACHE Level 2 and Level 3 can be studied from the age of 16, so applicants aged 16 or 17 should send the form with the knowledge and agreement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 through this site.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, the application form is protected against automated submissions, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data — for example if we add analytics or an online payment step — we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. The current version is effective from 11 September 2026.
